1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired products, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process, provide the necessary information, and complete your purchase.

Note: Customers can create an account during the checkout process. It is helpful for checking your account details, purchased order details, billing, and shipping details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including COD, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment options. You can find the complete list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.

For Mobile Users Click on the download QR code or Take a screenshot of the QR code and follow the following steps:

  1. Open your favorite UPI app
  2. Click on the QR scanner and select the image from the downloaded files or gallery.
  3. Click on the Proceed to Pay button.
  4. After your payment is completed, resume your process on the checkout page.
  5. Click on the Proceed to Next button and enter the 12-digit transaction ID, UTR, or reference ID.
  6. Next, you can press the confirm button, and your order will be completed.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (Order ID) in your order confirmation email. To track your order please enter your order details here (Track your Order). This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. You can monitor the real-time status of your delivery through the provided tracking information.

5. What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within a specified period from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more details.

6. Do you offer warranties on your products?
